International Travel

Air Travel - MGI will make suitable air travel arrangement for patient and any accompanying family member/s or friends. MGI will not initiate these arrangements until all persons who intend to travel provide proof of:

	Valid Passport
	Valid Visa to travel to India (MGI will assist with any required information to obtain India visa)

	All required vaccinations have been received (MGI will assist with list of any required vaccinations)

Accommodation in India

MGI will make suitable accommodation for patient any accompanying family member/s or friends. MGI will make every effort to ensure that accommodation preferences of patient any accompanying family member/s or friends are met, within economic feasibility. MGI will ensure that the accommodation for the patient and any accompanying family member/s or friends are met, from the time they arrive in India , and until they leave India .

Meals

Meals - MGI will make suitable arrangement for meals for patient any accompanying family member/s or friends. MGI will make every effort to ensure that Meals preferences of patient any accompanying family member/s or friends are met, within economic sensibility. MGI will ensure that arrangement for meals for the patient and any accompanying family member/s or friends are met, from the time they arrive in India , and until they leave India .

Domestic Travel

Inland Travel - MGI will make suitable ground transportation arrangements, for patient and any accompanying family member/s or friends. Inland transportation will generally include a car size of patient's choice (i.e. compact, medium or large), a driver and gas, for several hours per day, throughout their stay in India . MGI will also ensure that appropriate transportation will be available for patient and any accompanying family member/s or friends, for visit to hospital and out patient facilities on an as needed basis.

Holiday Packages

Post Surgery Vacation - MGI's will be pleased to arrange for vacation for patient and any accompanying family member/s or friends, based on their preference and the advise of the hospital medical staff.

Financing

Hospital Care Financing - MGI's will arrange affordable financing arrangements for individual patients seeking hospital care treatments in India. Patients will have the option to enter into a monthly payment arrangement, to pay the total cost of the hospital care program, within 48 - 60 months.
