Tom Northrop is the Executive Vice President of the organization, will serve as the second in command of the organization, and will head its US operations.
Mr. Northrop brings 25 years healthcare experience to Medi Globe, Inc, in business development, executive sales, healthcare consulting, provider network development & hospital leadership.
The past four years, Tom has served as Senior Associate with Ryerson Management Assoc, an operations improvement firm delivering ER & Surgery improvements to 500 hospitals in 38 states. Prior to RMA, Tom led VHHA Services, of the Virginia Hospital Association, developing vendor marketing relationships for products/services delivering improved revenue performance.
Tom has served as Executive Director of regional hospital Networks in Maryland and West Virginia, leading those hospitals in significant cost/performance improvements. As Regional VP for Premier, Inc, Tom marketed & coordinated Premier's products, improvement tools & consulting services. He has held Hospital CEO positions in California and North Carolina, delivered independent healthcare consulting services, and developed national preferred provider physician networks.
Tom received his BA degree from Lafayette College and his Master's in Healthcare Administration from Duke University. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and an Advanced Member of the Hospital Financial Management Association (HFMA).
Bill Wendt

Mr. Wendt brings 25 years healthcare experience to Medi Globe, Inc, in business development, product development, channel development, executive sales and marketing. Bill has driven incremental and new revenue to many leading healthcare organizations including managed care, hospitals and health systems, pharmaceutical, staffing and other healthcare service organizations. With Bill's depth in healthcare, he is able to help clients solve many business challenges by taking a consultative approach to their business. Bill has held many senior level positions within healthcare including President, Vice President and Senior Director all reporting to senior levels within a healthcare organization.
The past four years, Bill has served as Vice President, Strategic Business Development for a leading healthcare outsourcing organization and President of DITR Inc. delivering value within the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to these executive roles, Bill served as Vice President Business Development and Marketing for an outsourced staffing organization providing clinical and executive management services to the healthcare industry.
Bill received his Bachelors degree in Business Management from Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri.
John R. Williams
Vice President - Business Development Physician Practices
John Williams has been working in the healthcare arena for over 20 years. During this tenure, half of his career has been in Healthcare Administration positions and the other half working with some of the largest healthcre organizations throughout the United States in a sales and/or consultative basis.
He has lectured throughout the United States on pharmacy automation and pharmacy technology, along with presenting at Medical Schools throughout the United States on physician practice management and new business develoment issues. John holds a Bachelor Degree from Emporia State University; Master of Business Administration from William Woods University.
Mr. Maple brings over thirty years of experience in the acute and post-acute healthcare industry to Medi Globe Inc. He illustrious career includes, CEO of two acute care hospitals owned by American Medical International, Business Development officer of a two Long Term Acute Care Hospital Companies, senior VP positions with two healthcare services contract management companies and one of the founders of an outpatient surgery center company.
Morrie received his Bachelors in Business Administration from Otterbein College and his masters in Healthcare Administration from George Washington University. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Eddie Davis brings to Medi Globe Inc, over 30 years experience in developing, implementing and administering business programs and directives. Eddie is a strong leader with proven ability to develop coalitions and effective networks with corporate executives, elected officials, civic and community leaders. He is recognized locally, regionally and nationally as a coalition builder and corporate/community leader.
Regarded by his peers as the cultural ambassador for the St. Louis region, Eddie was the president of St. Louis Minority Business Council, from 1997-2001. He is currently the Executive Director for the Center for the Acceleration of African-American Business, an organization created, designed and managed to support the growth and development of businesses owned by African Americans. Eddie is also the Principal of DaLite & Associates, LLC, a management service organization, created and designed to serve small to medium-sized companies and non-profit organizations.
Eddie's has received numerous awards in illustrious career, including the U.S. Small Business Administration's National Minority Champion Award, 2009. He also serves on the board of many organizations, including the School of Professional Studies Executive Advisory Board of St. Louis University.

Sharon Weinstein has 30 years of healthcare experience in the global marketplace. She is an executive level manager with a broad range of human resources, international business development, marketing, operations, and benchmarking experience. As Executive Director of The Premier Foundation and Director of the Office of International Affairs, she directed Premier’s international efforts in over 30 countries and was a USAID sub-contractor. Weinstein has demonstrated expertise in creating healthcare partnerships between U.S. healthcare organizations and their foreign counterparts in the former Soviet Union and central and Eastern European countries. She is founder and President of The Global Education Development Institute. A recipient of the Dr. Thomas Frist Humanitarian Award, she is an honorary member of the Chinese, Armenian, and Kazakhstan Nurses Associations.
