As a CPA (Certified
Public Accountant) and CIA (Certified Internal
Auditor), Prahan has successfully led the
financial turnaround of numerous healthcare
organizations, and understands the importance
of financial stability to provide consistent
high-quality care to patients. His most recent
leadership position was the administrator/CEO
of a hospital-affiliated rural health center.
He is a graduate
of St. Louis University, where he completed
both his MBA and undergraduate degree in Business
Administration, specializing in Finance and
Accounting.
Prahan is an
accomplished public speaker who has delivered
many presentations on Cultural Diversity and
Culturally Competent Patient Care at national
and state healthcare conventions.
