Mr. Boatman brings 25 years healthcare experience to Medi Globe, Inc. in business development, hospital, surgery center and clinic operations, healthcare facility development and construction and healthcare consulting.
Prior to joining Medi Globe, Inc . Daniel has opened three (3) hospitals, including a behavioral health hospital. He has also developed and opened as the entrepreneurial owner a freestanding surgery center. Daniel has served as the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Operating Officer of a regional referral hospital in Montana. He has experience in large, medium and critical access hospitals as well as long-term care, rehabilitation centers, physician practice development and urgent care clinics. Daniel also provides litigation support and expert witness services to clients upon request.
Daniel received his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Luther College, his Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Hospital and Healthcare Administration from The University of Iowa, and his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from William Mitchell College of Law. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
Eddie Davis brings to Medi Globe Inc, over 30 years experience in developing, implementing and administering business programs and directives. Eddie is a strong leader with proven ability to develop coalitions and effective networks with corporate executives, elected officials, civic and community leaders. He is recognized locally, regionally and nationally as a coalition builder and corporate/community leader.
Regarded by his peers as the cultural ambassador for the St. Louis region, Eddie was the president of St. Louis Minority Business Council, from 1997-2001. He is currently the Executive Director for the Center for the Acceleration of African-American Business, an organization created, designed and managed to support the growth and development of businesses owned by African Americans. Eddie is also the Principal of DaLite & Associates, LLC, a management service organization, created and designed to serve small to medium-sized companies and non-profit organizations.
Eddie's has received numerous awards in illustrious career, including the U.S. Small Business Administration's National Minority Champion Award, 2009. He also serves on the board of many organizations, including the School of Professional Studies Executive Advisory Board of St. Louis University.
Eddie has a B.S-B.A degree in Business Studies/Finance from Saint Louis University, Missouri.
David was previously the Vice President of Education, Communication, and Member Services for the Illinois Primary Health Care Association (IPHCA) from 02/2002 to 11/2006. David served as a senior administrator for: WMD preparedness planning; HIPAA compliance; Health Disparities Collaborative; and a Financial Educational Partnership. IPHCA serves 45 Federally Qualified Community Health enters in Illinois with 1900 clinicians offering primary care, behavioral care and oral health. David has thirty years of marketing, advertising, and association experience and has been recognized by national associations and trade magazines for his work.
Mr. Leal comes to Medi Globe Inc. with over 25 years of healthcare experience in medical imaging, clinical support services, applications and consulting. His work centering on development of 3-dimensional angiography using CT scanners has lead to current imaging techniques for the early detection of heart disease.
During the last several years he has been the Project Director and Consultant for a joint venture imaging center with a major hospital and medical group in the Los Angeles area. As Clinical Services Director for Imatron Inc., he traveled worldwide providing expertise in imaging to hospitals and clinics. He serves on the technology board and is a founding member of the Society of Cardiovascular CT and is a member of the several sections of the American Heart Association. John continues to teach as an Adjunct Professor of Radiologic Technology through Kennebec CC in Maine .
ohn has a BS degree in Business and Operations from California Polytechnic University , and is pursuing a graduate program at UC Riverside's Whitehead School of Management.
Mr. Maple brings over thirty years of experience in the acute and post-acute healthcare industry to Medi Globe Inc. He illustrious career includes, CEO of two acute care hospitals owned by American Medical International, Business Development officer of a two Long Term Acute Care Hospital Companies, senior VP positions with two healthcare services contract management companies and one of the founders of an outpatient surgery center company.
Morrie received his Bachelors in Business Administration from Otterbein College and his masters in Healthcare Administration from George Washington University. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Mr. Northrop brings 25 years healthcare experience to Medi Globe, Inc, in business development, executive sales, healthcare consulting, provider network development & hospital leadership.
The past four years, Tom has served as Senior Associate with Ryerson Management Assoc, an operations improvement firm delivering ER & Surgery improvements to 500 hospitals in 38 states. Prior to RMA, Tom led VHHA Services, of the Virginia Hospital Association, developing vendor marketing relationships for products/services delivering improved revenue performance.
Tom has served as Executive Director of regional hospital Networks in Maryland and West Virginia, leading those hospitals in significant cost/performance improvements. As Regional VP for Premier, Inc, Tom marketed & coordinated Premier's products, improvement tools & consulting services. He has held Hospital CEO positions in California and North Carolina, delivered independent healthcare consulting services, and developed national preferred provider physician networks.
Tom received his BA degree from Lafayette College and his Master's in Healthcare Administration from Duke University. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and an Advanced Member of the Hospital Financial Management Association (HFMA).
Dr. Sherri Tenpenny is an American-trained osteopathic medical doctor. She was the director of an emergency department and board certified in Emergency Medicine (through 2005), she is currently boarded in Manual Medicine. She is a successful entrepreneur, operating her specialty clinic in Cleveland , Ohio since 1996. Osteomed II focuses on women's health, elimination of chronic pain and a unique method for asthma and allergy relief. Patients have traveled from 38 states and 9 countries to regain their health. Dr. Tenpenny is a writer, a published author, professional speaker and an international consultant for companies in Mexico , India , Columbia and Trinidad . She is an active member on many advisory boards, including the Medical Tourism Association. She is known for her ability to present scientifically researched, complex information for audiences of all backgrounds.
